Recording one video at a time is inefficient, to say the least. You took time to get camera ready and amped yourself up to record. Why waste that on just one video?
Instead:
→ Block 30-60 minutes
→ Record 4-5 videos in one session
→ Same outfit, same setup, different topics
You’ll stay in flow, save time setting up, and actually enjoy the process.
My Secret: Plan your short form videos so you record all sitting, all sitting videos so you don’t have to change your setup.
3. The “It’s Not About You” Shift
When was the last time you watched a video and thought
